4 simple steps to insert the lens into your eyes 

wash hand   rinse lens   pull down   close your eyes
Wash your hand   Clean the lens   Pull down your eyelid   Close your eyes
Wash your hands with mild soap and dry with a lint-free towel before handling your lenses.   You may want to rinse your lenses in a multi-purpose solution before you put them on.   Pull down your lower eyelid then place the lens on the lower white of eyes. Remove your finger  and release your eyelids.   Look down, and close your eyes for a moment. The lens will center itself. Repeat for the other lens.

Wash your hand   Use lubricating and rewetting drop   Squeeze the lens   Clean the lens
Wash your hands with mild soap and dry with a lint-free towel before handling your lenses.   You may want to use lubricating and rewetting drop before you remove lenses. One or two drop will moisten the lenses and make them easier to remove.   Squeeze the lens lightly between your index finger and thumb and remove gently. Repeat for the other lens.   You may want to rinse your lenses in a multi-purpose solution after you put them on.
